How many Black Friday class packs can I purchase?
As many as you’d like! There’s no limit on the number of Black Friday class packs that you can purchase during the sale. This is our biggest sale, and we recommend using this time to stock up on classes for the coming year.
When do the Black Friday class packs expire?
Black Friday class packs expire 1 year after purchase. We will extend the expiration date as needed for any COVID-related issues.
Can I use Black Friday Class packs to book guests?
Yes! When booking, check the “Book for Guest” checkbox. One credit will be deducted from your class pack. Be sure to do separate bookings for yourself and each guest. You don’t need to attend class with your guest, but you’ll need to book their reservation from your account.
When are Digital Gift Cards sent?
Digital gift cards are emailed immediately. If you don’t want to send the gift card now, enter YOUR email address as the recipient. When you’re ready to send, you’ll forward the redemption code to the recipient. You can either send them the entire email or just the redemption code. We also have print-and-fold Sweat + Soul Gift Certificates that you can use to give to your recipient. After printing, you’ll write the redemption code on the certificate.
How long will it take to receive a physical gift certificate?
Physical gift certificates are sold through our Shopify site. At checkout you can choose Local Pickup or Delivery. Local Pickup orders will usually be available within 24 hours, and we’ll contact you to arrange pickup. If you need to pickup sooner, text us at 808.593.8384 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery orders will be sent within 48 hours with a USPS tracking number and will take up to a week to arrive.
Can I upgrade my monthly membership to the Unlimited Annual Membership?
Yes! To upgrade your membership, email us at hello@sweatandsoulstudio.com after purchase. Let us know when you’d like to transition to your Annual Unlimited Membership.
Does the Unlimited Annual Membership include guest passes?
Yes! The Unlimited Annual Membership includes 10 guest passes that you can use anytime during the year. To book your guest, follow your regular booking procedure and check “Book for Guest”. You don’t need to attend class with your guest, but you’ll need to book their reservation from your account. Additional guest passes can be purchased at a discount.
I have classes expiring soon. What can I do?
We’d be happy to provide you with a courtesy extension of your existing classes when you shop the sale this year! Just email your request to hello@sweatandsoulstudio.com, and we’ll extend the expiration date.
The fine print. The Sweat + Soul Black Friday sale ends on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 11:59pm HST. There is no limit on the number of class packs that can be purchased. Class packs expire 1 year after purchase. The Unlimited Annual Membership can be activated at anytime and is valid for one year from the date of activation. The Unlimited Annual Membership automatically renews until canceled. This offer is not valid on prior purchases.
